Approach

With years of training and experience, Brenson Cesario has developed an original "signature massage" approach that blends various Occidental and Oriental techniques, which can be mixed to meet the individual's specific physical and wellness needs.

Classic massages

This massage treatment focuses on specific areas of pain caused by poor posture, injuries, or repetitive movements. It uses deeper pressure to release tension, reduce inflammation, and support faster recovery while improving mobility.

Balinese

It’s a traditional holistic approach in Bali - Indonesia. This massage technique combines a variety of influences, including Indian, Chinese, and Southeast Asian practices. It stimulates blood flow, eases muscle tension, relieves joint pain, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes a sense of calm and well-being. Additionally, it promotes overall relaxation.

Relaxation

A smooth, gentle yet firm massage focused on relieving tension and accumulated stress. It targets knotted areas and enhances deep relaxation, restoring a sense of calm and helping you to unwind both physically and mentally.

Therapeutic

Kinetic Swedish

This massage technique enhances total relaxation on the musculoskeletal system and promotes greater amplitude of movement, increases the suppleness of the skin, decreases muscular tension, reduces stress and boosts circulation. It improves physical well-being.

Specialty massages

Deep tissue

Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, this treatment is designed to relieve deeper muscle tension and alleviate chronic pain. It is affective in addressing muscle pain and stiffness.  While some soreness may occur afterward, relief is typically experienced quickly.

Cupping-Ventosa

This therapy has ancient roots in Chinese and Middle Eastern medicine. Cupping therapy is an alternative medicine practice in which cups are placed on the skin to create suction. Different materials, like glass or silicone, are used, and suction can be applied using these methods either manually or mechanically. This technique improves blood circulation, flushes out impurities, and boosts healing.

Stretch and mobilization

This technique combines stretching and mobilizing to increase flexibility and range of motion while reducing muscle tension. By integrating both passive and active stretching with soft tissue manipulation, it optimizes joint mobility and enhances muscle function. It is particularly beneficial for rehabilitation after injuries.

Foot reflexology

This technique involves applying pressure to reflex points on the feet up to the knee that correspond to different organs. It helps regulate the digestive system and strengthen vitality. Additionally, it promotes energy flow, relieves tension, and supports the body's natural healing. This is a grounding treatment for achieving a better inner balance.

General Thai

Performed on a mat, this traditional healing treatment combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures and stretches. The therapist uses their hands, knees, legs, and feet. This method works along energy lines to release tension, enhance flexibility, balance the body's energy flow, and promote a greater range of motion.
